My varied work experience within government affords me with intimate knowledge and understanding of the very systems and challenges organizations face. I have written, reviewed, evaluated, and approved grant funding proposals and programs, which means I know exactly what decision-makers are looking for, and what makes a funding submission stand out.
I founded Carlton Consulting Alliance to bring that insider knowledge directly to the organizations that need it most: nonprofits, community groups, small businesses, and public sector partners who have important work to do but limited time to master the language of funding.
My approach is collaborative and straightforward. I take the time to understand your goals, your organization, and your community, and then I craft proposals and business communications that speak directly to the priorities of funders.
